Erin was introduced to me by a friend and in minutes I knew she would get the job done. After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way. She explained her approach, her vision, her knowledge of the area and explained the do's and dont's of the area. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers. We kept in touch about the updates, contractors and the work I'd be doing during the process and we was about to list a week earlier than the goal set. Everything was explained, understood and everyone was on bored.
At the end the day select a realtor that has proven experience, confidence and the ability to communicate about the property, not someone who starts off with all the "look at me" statements!
